Creating a safe, supportive environment for students requires a team effort—and both school staff and families play a critical role. This course equips teachers, aides, administrators, and parents with the tools to recognize, address, and prevent bullying behaviors from all angles.

Participants will learn how to intervene effectively, support both victims and perpetrators, and reinforce leadership skills that promote self-confidence and reduce the likelihood of victimization. You'll gain practical strategies for talking with students about bullying, as well as guidance on when and how to access additional resources. Whether you're the first person a child turns to—or the one who has to spot the signs—they’ll know you're ready to help.
